To coincide with the first Indie Beer Day, CoConspirators looked to poke some fun at the world’s largest breweries through their new limited release, The Imposter. The West Coast IPA takes aim at big companies that try to look small and the beer's blurb encourages you to look beyond any mustachioed figures and instead study what's in your hand.
If it’s The Imposter that’s in your hand, you’ll find a swirl of tropical flavours thanks to the Citra, Mosaic and Ekuanot hop combo. Papaya mixes with pithy grapefruit, orange peel and pine before the beer finishes with a dry and reasonably bitter denouement.
