CoConspirators Brewing launched with a West Coast and they’ve followed it up with many fine IPAs. So when it came time to unveil their Usual Suspects core range, it was a safe bet an IPA would be spotted in the lineup. And so it is.
This IPA is a classic too, featuring the all-American hop lineup of Simcoe, Mosaic and Citra. They come together to bring grapefruit, oily resin and dank notes, not to mention a gripping bitterness.
