CoConspirators Brewing's Usual Suspects lineup welcome an additional member at the start of 2024 with summer delivering a straightforward Sour loaded with peach. It's a beer that sees that stonefruit hit you upfront (which is potentially a bad way to knock someone off if you're a criminal), providing fresh aromas and flavours that make it feel like you've suddenly landed in a orchard.
But joining in are some more lolly-like flavours, more akin to a Juicy Fruit, while the beer's tartness continues to refresh the palate with each sip, making for one sessionable member of the brewery's year-round offering.
