Like an old barber’s, CoConspirators Brewing’s The Barber is a warming and cosy outfit, with the Baltic porter a welcome addition ahead of the impending winter. It’s filled with dark chocolate, coffee and dark fruit notes, with a hint of tobacco, further biscuit and toast. But, with a dry and quite lean finish that all fades away like you've ordered a short back and sides.
Meanwhile, the brewery's also brought back their celebration for their supporters, The Investor, with the West Coast IPA again packed with citrus and pine.
