Much like Paulie 'Walnuts' Gualtieri in The Sopranos, The Matriarch has been a long-serving member of The CoConspirators crew and a seemingly ancient figure who doesn’t age. But maybe The Matariarch’s time is coming to an end with the brewery bringing out a gentler followup as a limited release, The Mini Matraich.
The Session Hazy IPA is a mere 3.5 percent ABV and brings with her El Dorado, Simcoe and Lupomax Citra. Despite sitting in the midstrength camp, there’s still a subtanital thickness on the palate while when it comes to flavour, she brings lush waves of stonefruit, pineapple and orange.
