Indian Ocean Street Beer

This beer is an inspiration of a Vietnamese style Bia Hoi (gas beer!), traditionally served on the streets fresh by pop up beer vendors.

Street Beer experiments with different hops each batch and the finest sushi rice to achieve an interesting full body and almost rice pudding character.
