The chaotic names, lactose and hefty doses of fruit haven’t slowed down at Good Land thanks to the arrival of Kerfuffle. It's a beer that follows on from the likes of Schamozzle and the so-thick-you-almost-needed-a-sppon Bananarama with this pastry sour featuring yet another myriad mix of fruits.
Kerfuffle takes the brewery's faithful lactose sour base and throws in raspberry, strawberry and lime - and that's just the beginning. Joining those fruits are pink marshmallows and some soft serve vanilla ice-cream for a beer that's sweet, sour and creamy in equal measures (so in other words, maybe it's not such a Kerfuffle). Leading the charge on the flavour front are lime and strawberry, which cut through the beer's sweet base before the richer hues of blueberry and vanilla sink in without any fuss at all.
