Noodledoof Dart & Marlin Hazy Pale

The Dart and Marlin is a Warrnambool venue that combines stone-fired pizzas, natural wine and craft beer with live music. Among the brewers whose beers you'll find on tap there are Noodledoof, who make their beers and spirits a short drive away in Koroit. And, with Dart & Marlin Hazy Pale, they've created one in collaboration with the restaurant team.

It combines two of the most popular hop varieties – local star Galaxy with the ubiquitous Citra from the US – for a surefire way of delivering a crowd-pleaser. The result is a soft, easy-as-you-like hazy pale in which peach and light citrus aromas and flavours lead the way. It could easily be tagged a Pacific ale, and will no doubt disappear from your glass or esky easily too.
