Mountain Goat Hazy Apple Cider

After many a year of service, Mountain Goat's Two Step Cider has been sent into retirement, replaced by Hazy Apple Cider ahead of summer 2023/24. Pouring even paler than a traditional lemonade, it's been produced with a blend of red varieties and Granny Smiths.

It's neither overly sharp or sweet upfront not particularly dry or tart to finish, with a sherbety nature to the apple juice sweetness that lingers. There's the faintest hint of sourness / peel on the nose in what's a pleasantly refreshing drop in which it's as if the haziness has smothered the edges.
