Hop Nation have embraced summer and the call of cerveza with a Mexican Lager of their own, Don Limón. They’ve also saved you the trouble of adding any citrus or salinity yourself, with the beer brewed with lime and pink Himalayan salt.
It means there’s a touch of salt and gentle tartness that carries through the beer while the lime is upfront and carries the weight of a little extra citrus thanks to the use of Motueka hops. Those also add a touch fo bitterness while the combination of Australian pilsner malt and flaked corn from the folks at Voyager dial the refreshment levels up to “sunny afternoon”.
