The Mill Brewery Haze

The Freshest Haze is an annual beery celebration for The Mill which sees the Melbourne brewery secure Australia’s freshly-picked hop flowers and add them to an always-popular hazy IPA. Following a lengthy period of recipe refinement, in 2023 the brewery introduced a year-round little sibling to that beer, Haze.

The core range member is dip-hopped with Galaxy and Motueka and dry hopped with more Motueka along with Citra and effortlessly walks the balanced line of being super lush and being a little lean and dry. It makes for a beer that’s very much a Haze fit for any ocassion and brings notes of stone fruit, guava, white grapes and orange juice.
