Slumdog's Pale Ale might have been designed as an easy-drinking take on the style ideal for both locals and visitors to the Swan Valley, but it also doesn't hold back. Double dry-hopped and featuring a trio of American hops with plenty of character – Idaho 7, Citra and Simcoe – this is one full-flavoured, full-bodied bright golden pale.
Orange, pineapple and grapefruit lead the way in a beer so rich with hops it's like you can sense the essential oils, while some crystal malt enhances the juiciness of said fruits and keeps the slightly resinous bitterness in check. Just what you'd want from a modern pale ale.
