One of the first two beers produced even before Slumdog had recommissioned the Swan Valley brewery is also sometimes referred to as their dry-hopped pilsner, and is a beer that's pretty traditionally-minded with classic Euro lager hops Perle and Saaz paired with newer German variant Mandarina Bravaria.
Straw, cut grass and melon aromas sit with a touch of grainy pilsner malt on the nose before plenty of earthy, spicy, straw 'n' grass flavours wash over your palate. It possesses a soft texture and a very dry finish, aided by a bitterness that's cleansing rather than aggressive.
