In January of 2024, there’s just the two new releases to report, although we’re confident there will be plenty more to come from the Jindong Brewers as the year warms up.
Sh*t Show Supervisor is a hazy IIPA brewed as an ode to head brewer Ross Terlick. Starring one of the US’s most popular newer hops, Strata (in CGX – concentrated cryogenic lupulin pellet – and regular T90 pellet form), expect to pick up cannabis, passionfruit, ripe red berries and white grapefruit atop a soft, doughy body and medium bitterness, as well as a lasting fruit juice character persisting well into a long finish.
Contrasting the hop-driven nature of that beer is the fruit-laced Oh, Behave!: an easy, breezy sour loaded with mango, dragonfruit and cherry. Here, a refreshing acidity pairs well with subtle, sweet notes of fleshy mango and ripe cherry. A simple offering in which acid and fresh fruit character blend seamlessly.
