Pint of Origin returns to Melbourne for the eleventh time this May. And it's bigger than ever, with around 1,000 different beers hitting taps at 20 of the city's best pubs and bars between May 12 and 21.

There's no need to wait until May 12 to start your #PoO23 adventures, however. The host venues are all worth a visit any time of the year, not just during Pint of Origin, and now there's an added incentive to do so.

Head to any (or all) of them between now and May 5 and you could win prizes, including The Golden Passport! Only one of these is being printed and it grants the holder a free pint or schooner of beer at all 20 Pint of Origin venues between May 12 and July 31, 2023.

In keeping with the festival's "Travel the world of beer" theme, we're inviting beer lovers to put themselves into the picture: post selfies of yourself and your mates in postcards representing each of the 20 Pint of Origin regions for your chance to win the following:

To take part, all you need to do is head to the Pint of Origin 2023 venues (see below for the lineup) before May 5 and look out for the promotional QR codes. Scan these and you'll be able to fire up that venue's postcard filter on Instagram or Facebook.

Pose for your best photo, tagging The Crafty Pint and the venue, and on May 5 – the day we're launching the Frequent Frother on tap – we'll pick the winners.
