Our new 400 pax brewery and bar – which includes the brewery, ground floor Beer Hall, Level 1 Bar and Rooftop Garden, and Level 2 ‘Next Level’ entertainment space - is set to open in Mid October 2023 in South Melbourne.
Blessed with uninterrupted views of the city skyline, and with 15 beers brewed on-site, our combined brewing and hospitality offering is unique within Victoria.
The Beer company was founded in 2015, with a desire to make an impact in the Fight Against MND through the simple act of sharing a beer with mates.
With product ranging in Liquorland, First Choice Liquor Market, Dan Murphys, and many independent liquor retailers and Bars - as well as fundraising efforts that have contributed over $970,000 towards the cause - we want you to be able to help keep pouring out the Good Beer, Good Deeds… and in particular the Good Times in our new venue!

Role Description
Supported by Brewmanity’s Managing Director, this role involves contributing to the design, management, and implementation of Brewmanity’s Hospitality strategy.
As our foundation Venue Manager there is an opportunity to play a leading role in setting up for success... you'll contribute to the design of service standards, along with taking P&L responsibility to meet key benchmarks that achieve revenue generation, operational efficiency and effective team management.
While an interest in beer and brewing is obviously advantageous, the role is primarily focused on driving the hospitality goals of the organization rather than the beer goals, so candidates will be considered regardless of where they currently sit in their craft beer journey.
