Job Description: Casual Bar Staff
The Bad Family Scratch has been kicking around since 2011, serving a constantly rotating tap and bottle lineup of gorgeous independent and crafty beers (as well as the other bar-type drinks that aren't beer)
The Scratch considers all their staff to be part of the family, but not in a weird way.
We are currently looking to take on a casual bar staff to join the family. The role consists of around 15 to 20 hours a week.
Duties would Include:
- Serving customers (but being really, really good at it)
- General cleaning duties
- Opening and closing the bar
- Chatting all things beery
- Occasionally going on beer adventures
We are looking for someone with:
- Crazy good customer service
- Attention to detail
- Good chat
- Great hair (not really a necessity)
- Solid knowledge of craft beer, but if you are reading this job description here, that is probably the case.
