Job Description: NSW Sales Manager

Tribe Breweries based in Goulburn NSW, is a state-of-the-art, purpose-built brewery and considered the largest craft beverage production facility of its kind in Australia. The facility has tremendous capabilities, serving the emerging craft beer, RTD, Seltzer and non-alcoholic markets for Tribe and its partners in both the domestic and export markets.

Tribe Brands is a collective of award-winning craft beer brands that have been established in the Australian market for over 10 years, including; Stockade, Mornington Peninsula and Wilde Gluten Free.

Tribe Breweries is on a new trajectory, with a stable and committed ownership structure, following a successful restructuring of its financial position. The business has now been reset to continue its journey to be a prominent force in the craft brewing landscape of Australia.

THE ROLE

We are seeking a pro-active sales professional to assume a leadership role in their designated state, to cultivate existing customers while also creating new lucrative opportunities both On and Off-premise. The key specifics include:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
  • Using industry contacts, Tribe customer history and initiative to gain new profitable business.
  • Creating a sales plan, forecasting and delivering to agreed targets, tied to bonus deliverables.
  • Implementing trade activations and/or developing your own in conjunction with marketing.
  • Provide valuable insights into market trends, competitor activity, customer feedback, and opportunities as you see them.

ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for a pro-active, commercial salesperson (with experience in the liquor industry), who can quickly get up to speed to drive existing and new business. With strong communication skills, a customer-first approach and ability to build lasting relationships, you’ll also be someone we’d like to share a beer with!

We’re offering an attractive package; including a competitive base salary, car (or car allowance), and performance-related bonus.
