Job Description: Head Brewer
Alice Springs Brewing Co is a medium sized brewery located in the heart of the Northern Territory. We are only 5 years old but have grown rapidly in this period and boast a modern and versatile brewery with a high standard of equipment. As well as our brewery we have a newly renovated brewpub which holds up to 500 people. We are a small close-knit team and value our people and our punters. It pays to have a sense of humour when you live in the middle of Australia & we love to have a laugh while we roll up our sleeves and get the job done.
We're offering $110,000 – $130,000 per year.
Qualifications & experience:
- Minimum three years brewing experience at head or senior level or be able to demonstrate your ability to step up
- High level of knowledge including production, product development and packaging operations
- Ability to work autonomously managing a small team
Tasks & responsibilities:
- Take the reigns of our busy brewing operation
- Manage a small team to meet production targets and develop new & exciting products
- Lead from the front in this hands on role
