Port Phillip Brewing are located on the Mornington Peninsula and we've got some excess capacity we'd like to share. We've brewed with others before so if you're keen to turn your idea into reality or expand your capacity, we're here to help.
We have a 15HL 3 vessel brewhouse with 6 x 3000L unitanks based in Somerville and are looking for brewers who would like to brew in batches of 3000L.
You'll need to have your own excise licence, supply your own ingredients and organise mobile canning but we can help with all of these things. We can clean and fill kegs as required.
