We offer the opportunity to progress professionally with access to internal and external training. We encourage team members to seek out educational opportunities, read professional publications, maintain personal networks and participate in professional organisations as well as foster an environment of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Crucially, we are not just looking for a placeholder in this role, we want you to get passionately involved with the industry and our local area, as well as the products

and experience we offer. Working as part of a team you will have input into improving our procedures, developing our processes to continually improve our efficiencies in the brewery, new product development and education and team engagement opportunities.

You’ll be the sort of person who has an influential, high-energy personality, killer time management and organisation skills and a genuine track record of being an exceptional brewer in your previous roles. Above all else, you’ll be a bloody good person and an ambassador of the brand who would make a great addition to this exceptional team.
