Job Description: Sales Area Manager

An opportunity has now become available to join the NSW sales team as an Area Manager based in Sydney's Eastern and Inner Suburbs.
Reporting to the NSW Manager this role is responsible for the management of Eastern and Inner suburbs geography. This role is very hands-on requiring strong sales and merchandising execution of both national and state sales and marketing programs through the on and off-premise channel. The role requires a high degree of tenacity autonomy and curiosity.
Candidates must have a thorough understanding of the local liquor market with bulk beer knowledge an advantage. While a tertiary qualification will be looked upon favourably it is more important for candidates to demonstrate a successful track record within the industry.
All applicants must be keen to make their mark in the local market and have the capacity to leverage their existing trade relationships. The candidate must be tenacious, commercially astute, have the ability to see problems as opportunities and be highly adaptable to various challenging scenarios.
Above all else, the right candidate must be a genuine self-starter, be passionate about the brands and the business and work well autonomously and within a team.
