Brick Lane is one of the largest new breweries to launch in Australia in recent years and is located in Melbourne's outer south-east.

The brewery is looking to hire a national account manager. Here's what you need to know about the role. 

Job Description: National Account Manager

Brick Lane Brewing is a proudly independent brewer making awesome beers and ciders from its world class brewery in Dandenong.

Could you be Brick Lane’s National Account Manager?

In this role you’ll be responsible for managing strategic national customer accounts to achieve profitability for the Brick Lane portfolio and have oversight and leadership of leading state banners.  Working with our key customers, you’ll drive range reviews, undertake joint business planning, manage forecasting and demand processes, and develop promotional planning.  As the key interface between Brick Lane and our national customers, you’ll build and maintain relationships with key customers, and proactively network within national accounts in order to identify and address customer needs, ensuring consistent and proactive communications both ways through planned rhythms.

You’ll bring previous experience managing national accounts, ideally in a related industry, and experience with major retailers will be highly regarded.  Known for your customer centric approach, you’ll have excellent interpersonal skills and a proven track record of growing business within large accounts. Thriving on delivering results and working in a fast paced environment, you have a track record of achieving targets through your well-honed selling and negotiation skills.  As part of a small and dynamic team you are a team player, willing to roll your sleeves up and deliver results.

The right to work in Australia essential.  Some after hours and weekend work representing the Brick Lane community will be required to fulfil the requirements of the role.
