The Local Taphouse's Ale Stars is one of Australia's longest running and best known beer appreciation nights.
For those who have never been, Ale Stars sees the St Kilda pub invite different brewers through its doors each month.
In February, the Local Taphouse will be welcoming the IPA obsessives at Fixation, with the brewery's founder Tom Delmont and head brewer Sam Bethune heading along on the night.
Tickets cost $45 each and include dinner, trivia and four beers - including some that won't be pouring anywhere else asides from Fixation's Incubator.
Doors open at 6:30pm for a 7:30pm start.
