In a beer world obsessed with adjuncts, Artisan’s approach to Malabar is so classy and classical it may appear almost quaint compared with some of today's maximalist offerings. No donuts, carrots or Skittles appear here, however the single addition of the finest Tellicherry peppercorns sourced from India’s Malabar region creates the perfect level of interest to this Belgian witbier.

Archetypally cloudy while remaining light on the tongue, the peppery pungency remains balanced, with coriander’s citrusy influence harmonising and refreshing Malabar’s smooth length, before a lightly tart close.
