Boston’s fun with fruit continues, however this time it’s in the shape of an IPA rather than the southwestern brewery's recent session sour explorations. The titular citrus comes in the form of fresh lime purée and lemon zest, supported by a citrusy hop embellishment courtesy of Citra and Motueka.
Sitting in the centre of IPAs stylistically, limey citrus tones present but don’t overwhelm the whole – there’s a cohesiveness at play here. Soft carbonation rises through dank elements, while lingering bitterness draws dry in a fashion which will welcome many.
