Hawkers Passion Project

After a long winter of big and barrelly dark beers, Hawkers have greeted the the warm weather with a fruited feeling. Passion Project is a 7.0 percent ABV sour a gose loaded with craft beer's most important fruit, passionfruit. (OK, we'll accept that maybe grapefruit has a place here but when we're talking about hop flavours people love and fruits brewers can't get enough of, passionfruit has to be high on the pyramid.)

There's no shortage of that fruit here either, with the tropical treat providing all its juicy, sweet, zippy and tart glory. Joining the passion party is a salty edge and touch of coriander which further enhance the sour's quffability, as too does its balance between a full mouthfeel and bright acidic finish.
