Off the back of their successes at the recent Australian International Beer Awards, they're not just expanding their kitchen team but now looking for someone to help run their expanded front of house operation.
JOB DESCRIPTION: BAR & RESTAURANT MANAGER
Temple Brewing Company is looking for a fun and energetic Bar and Restaurant Manager to join their team.
The successful applicant will have excellent communication and organisational skills, be flexible and focused and demonstrate ability for sound decision making.
They will work effectively and efficiently within a close knit team and remain approachable and adaptable.
Minimum of five years experience in a similar management role and a love of food and beer is a must. Previous function experience would be a bonus but not a requirement.
The position would report to the Venue Operations Manager and would be a varied and challenging role for the right person.
