Bodriggy is busy building its brewery in Abbotsford, ready to bring brewing under its own roof in the first quarter of 2018. If you'd like to join the team and help get its award-winning beers into drinkers' hands, they're looking for a new Victorian sales manager.
JOB DESCRIPTION: SALES MANAGER (VIC)
Bodriggy Brewing Company is a new independently owned brewpub that’s due to open in late 2018. The brewery itself will be operational by February of 2018. Located in the heart of Abbotsford, our main goal is to create full flavoured, diverse beers that utilise the best quality ingredients.
Existing as a brewery in a predominantly residential neighborhood enables us to be a hub for the community and a safe entertainment destination for people that live in the area.
With rapid growth throughout the last two years, Bodriggy is now searching for a new sales rep to join the team.
We are searching for a motivated, enthusiastic person to join our sales team in Victoria and help Bodriggy to continue its growth.
The correct candidate will:
- Ideally be situated in Melbourne’s inner north and be accustomed to the values and ethics in the surrounding region
- Have a proven track record of developing strong customer relationships
- Have strong organisation and planning skills
- Be willing to meet sales targets and KPI’s
- Be willing to be one of the faces of a growing brand
- Be willing to drive the brand and establish new accounts
- Organise and attend events and festivals
- Organise and attend tasting and shouts on a bi-weekly basis
- Be ideally suited to the brands ethos
The correct candidate will ideally have:
- A love for craft beer and a passion for the industry
- Liquor industry experience in either sales or retail
- A passion for the arts and the local community
- A willingness to engage customers on a social level
- A current driver's license and RSA
