Mildura Brewery is one of the longest established microbrewery operations in Victoria, housed in the city's iconic Astor Theatre. Earlier this year, it was bought by Broo and is currently looking to add an assistant brewer to the team.
JOB DESCRIPTION: ASSISTANT BREWER/TRAINEE BREWER
Mildura Brewery (Broo) Pty Ltd is looking to appoint a “hands on” person to assist in all brewery operations.
Initial focus will be brewhouse procedures and will extend through to packaging as required.
Experience in the food & beverage industry would be well regarded as would a Science or Engineering background.
Reporting to the Head Brewer, the incumbent must be diligent in all work aspects and capable of both taking directions and showing initiative.
Flexibility in approach to tasks and work hours is essential.
Salary will be from award rates to commensurate to experience.
