JOB DESCRIPTION: Experienced Bookkeeper and Accounts Administrator
Hargreaves Hill Brewing Co is a leading brewery in the Yarra Valley. Family owned and rapidly growing, we are now looking for an experienced bookkeeper to join our vibrant team. The responsibilities will include:
- Payroll management
- Accounts receivable and payable management
- Reconciliations
- Preparation of Activity Statements, Superannuation and Excise
- A wizard with MYOB, bringing the experience and ability to provide high levels of reporting and utilise MYOB’s full functionality
- Experience with budgeting and financial controlling
This role will commence as a permanent part time position, 2-3 days a week. It is based in our office in Lilydale, although there may be an opportunity to work remotely some of the time, once the role is well established. Salary will be negotiated with the successful applicant, based upon their experience and qualifications.
