JOB DESCRIPTION: BREWER (NSW)
Lovedale Brewery is a privately owned craft beer, cider & spirit producer based in the Hunter Valley. Along with our sister Sydney Brewery we are responsible for brewing trophy winning beers and ciders, and are looking for a motivated worker to add to our team in Lovedale.
The successful applicant will be:
- Passionate about beer/cider/spirit production,
- Willing to work in all facets of the brewing and packaging process,
- OHS focussed and will have an unwholesome fascination with cleaning.
The following skills will help put you in a great position for this role:
- Previous brewing and/or packaging experience,
- Any type of brewing/winemaking/food sciences education,
- Current RSA,
- Forklift licence.
