Bucket Boys Is looking for a part time Retail Expert…
Bucket Boys Craft Beer Co is looking for someone to help run their craft-centric bottle shop in Marrickville, NSW. We are looking for someone with an encyclopaedic knowledge of beer, cider, wine and spirits (or someone with a passion to learn). Bucket Boys prides itself first and foremost on providing excellent service and we want someone with a passion for helping people discover wonderful drinks!
Bucket Boys Likes People With Skills:
- Computer Skills - We operate our business through a computer based point of sale system, including our growing online store, which means we need someone handy with a laptop.
- Customer Service Skills: This is first and foremost a retail sales position, and you need to be confident and comfortable interacting with customers, making suggestions based on their needs and preferences, and of course showing courtesy and patience.
- Teamwork Skills - Bucket Boys is a small team, and we want someone who can fit in and work together with the rest of our staff.
- Heavy Lifting Skills - Carrying beer boxes and kegs are part of the job, and we would expect you to be able to lift boxes of beer and an occasional keg or two.
- Weekend Availability Skills - People drink on the weekend, which means we are busy on Friday, Saturday and Sudays…so if you aren’t avail for weekend work this may not be the position for you.
What Qualifications Should You Possess?
Preference will be given to applicants who have undergone Cicerone Certified Beer Server training or above (or are planning on doing this in the near future).
You must have a Valid RSA and the ability to legally work in Australia. (Temporary Residents will be considered on a case by case basis)
Any related experience or qualifications in Wine, Spirits, Cider or Beer will be considered a plus!
