3 Ravens Brewery Thornbury is on the hunt for a casual staff member to join our team, offering 20-25 hours per week. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in both our coworking space, looking after our CoBrew community, work across our laid-back brewery bar and new event space and assist with 3 Ravens and CoBrew administration.
We're looking for someone that can work four days a week (Friday through to Monday) with weekdays spent in the Co-Brew Coworking space and weekends in our Brewery bar and event space. This is a great role that offers diversity within a friendly, supportive and sociable environment where people enjoy going to work and of course there's plenty of delicious beer.
Required experience:
- Genuine passion for hospitality, community and culture, with a natural ability to connect with people
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative
- Experience in fostering a strong sense of community in the workplace
- Excellent administration and organisation skills
- Bartending experience and adequate craft beer knowledge
