Temple Brewing ceased operations on May 19, 2024, as reported on this site earlier in the month.
The liquidators, Worrells, are now seeking expressions of interest in the company's business assets as indicated below.
Sale of Business Assets
Temple Brewing Australasia Pty Ltd (In Liquidation) (“the Company”)
Expressions of Interest are sought for the business assets of the Company located at 122 Weston Street, Brunswick East Victoria.
Business assets for sale include:
- Lease to the premises (subject to landlord approval)
- Plant and Equipment
- Intellectual Property
- Business names
Any interested parties will be required to execute a Confidentiality Agreement prior to receiving an Information Memorandum.
Expressions of interest should be registered with Joel Cuzzi of Worrells by no later than June 10, 2024.
