Key Seletion Criteria:
As a sales team member, you will be a crucial driver of our brand's success. You will lead the charge in expanding our distribution network, nurturing relationships with partners and strategically positioning our products in the competitive craft beer market. This role is perfect for a self-motivated, beer enthusiast who is eager to take our business to the next level.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to grow beer sales, increase market share, and meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders to drive brand loyalty and market penetration.
- Product Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of our beer portfolio and effectively communicate products to customers and partners.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to inform product development and sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Passion for craft beer and an understanding of the craft beer market.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Experience in beverage sales or distribution is ideal but not strictly required.
