Job Description: Social Media and Marketing Coordinator
Job Type: Part-Time
Reports to: General Manager, Creative Manager.
Works Alongside: Venue Manager, Sales Manager, Lead Graphic Designer.

Key Seletion Criteria:
As a Social Media and Marketing Coordinator at Burnley Brewing, you will play a vital role in promoting our brand, connecting with our community, and showcasing the uniqueness of our brewery.
- Drive Social Media Growth: You have a proven record of developing and executing social media strategies to increase online presence, engaging with audiences, and promoting products.
- Content Creation: Attend key Burnley events, such as taproom events, offsite promotions, and brewdays, to extract social media assets that tell our story and capture the essence of our brand.
- Marketing Events: Leverage your marketing knowledge and experience to promote and market our events, conveying compelling stories to our target audience.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, industry trends, identify untapped demographics, and help us stay competitive and innovative.
- Media Relations: Generate press releases and secure mainstream media coverage for our stories and events, ensuring that Burnley Brewing remains in the spotlight.
- PR Connections: Establish and maintain a media contact database and PR connections to expand our reach and visibility.
- Social Media Account Management: Manage our Linktree, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok accounts, ensuring they are up-to-date and effectively promoting our brewery and events.
- EDM (Email Direct Marketing): Execute EDM campaigns to keep our customers informed about upcoming events, new releases, and special promotions.
- Internal Collaboration: Work alongside multiple departments to ensure product launches, product promotions and event promotions are all released within a timely window, with the correct information.
- Proven experience in social media management and marketing. Relevant degree preferred but not essential.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Experience working and communicating within a team.
- Passion for craft brewing and an understanding of the beer industry is a plus.
- Ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license, access to a vehicle, or the ability to commute between our Richmond Taproom and Dandenong Brewery as needed.
