Job Description: Customer Service Product Testers
This role is either for full-time or for three-day minimum casuals.
KegLand is Australia’s Largest and Fastest Growing Brewery Hardware and Keg Dispensing Distributor.
Location: 410 Princes Highway, Noble Park North VIC 3174
KegLand is growing at such a fast pace that we need more hands on deck to help man the phones and answer some customer enquiries via email.
If you are just starting out at homebrewing, or have been brewing/distilling for years this job certainly would suit you.
Not only will you have a voice in product development and get to test prototypes, take home equipment to often keep. You'll also enjoy a handsome remuneration package with added brewing incentive benefits with clear upskilling progression!
This job is in an open-plan office environment with flexible rostering between 9 and 5 if you have other homelife commitments.
We are ideally looking for a few candidates that meet these requirements:
- Passionate about homebrewing/distilling
- Computer savvy
- Excellent phone manner
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Keen thirst for product knowledge
- Ability to work solo when required as well as a team unit towards a common goal
There will also be other opportunities to join in on the new Commercial Brewery and Tap Room that will be built onsite.
