Job Description: Accounts Coordinator

Providing support to the team on a 9 month parental leave contract, this part-time Accounts Coordinator role provides flexibility and the chance to apply your experience to date in a new and exciting business context.
This role is an all-rounder covering accounts receivable including invoicing, reconciliations, customer queries and collections. You’ll support AP with invoice approvals, uploading payments, administration and supplier issues or questions. We’re a tight knit bunch, and you’ll also have the opportunity to help the team with the month end cycle and support other ad hoc needs from time to time.
We would love to hear from people who have a few years practical experience in AP/AR Accounts roles, with decent excel knowledge and a fantastic attitude to customer service and team work. Some knowledge of manufacturing or FMCG industries would be an advantage, as would experience working with SAP and Lightyear, but not essential providing you can adapt to and pick up new systems quickly!
This role is to start ASAP, ideally by December to allow for handover. It is a fixed term contract role at 4 days per week. We are comfortable negotiating the hours and days to suit the individual, whether that be 4 full days in the office or spreading the hours over 5 days etc.
