JOB DESCRIPTION: EXPERIENCED BREWER (VIC)
With current expansion happening at our newly acquired production facility, Hop Nation are looking for an experienced brewer to join our team. The facility is located at 20 Latham St, on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula. A minimum of one year experience is required.
Duties include:
- Wort production
- Cellar duties including CIP
- Running centrifuge
- Operation of a CODI canning line and keg filling
- Quality control and data recording
- Raw materials handling
- Assistance with equipment repair and maintenance
- Problem solving
Shift work and a reasonable level of physical strength are required.
