It’ll be a band of gypsies for the next Beer Club at the Empire Hotel as they invite in a couple of Sydney's roving brewers to tout their wares and share some beers.
Yulli’s – the brewing arm of the famed Surry Hills vegetarian restaurant of the same name – will be along with some of the interesting characters from their collection, as will Mike Clarke from the under-construction Marrickville brewery Sauce.
Each brewer will be bringing a selection of several beers for you to sample – quite likely including something new – and will be on hand to talk you through what they do and why they do it.
It’s happening on Saturday February 18 at the leisurely time of 3pm.
Tickets are $25 which includes the beer, banter, nibbles and a few giveaways. Walk-ins are welcome but bookings are advised for larger groups – phone 95571701 to do so.
