Frenchies and friends will be celebrating the 2024 hop harvest as their Fresh Harvest Beer Festival returns to The Cannery in Rosebery this May.
The hosts will be joined by 2 Halfs, One Drop, Rocks Brewing, Seeker and The Social Brewers, offering visitors the chance to sample an array of unique beers while chatting with the people that brought them to life.
The event first ran in 2018 and this time around includes a new feature. The Hop Olympics gives guests the opportunity to pair select hops with their beers and take part in sack racing and hopscotch, with prizes up for grabs. The Frenchies team is also hosting educational panels on hops in their new, expanded brewery space.
Frenchies co-founder Vincent de Soyres says: “Hops are what make our world go round, and we love nothing more than incorporating new releases and freshly picked varieties in our brews. So, what better way to celebrate them, than with an event dedicated to all things hops!"
There are two ticketing options:
- $25pp for access to the event, games and panels
- $59pp for the above plus lunch at the adjoining Bistro and a 30-minute brewery tour
