The future has almost arrived at Carwyn Cellars as they prepare to welcome Sydney's fast-rising and much-loved Future Brewing to Melbourne taps for the first time.
All you need to do to be a part of it is head to the Thornbury bar on April 20 where you'll be able to tuck into a selection of Future Brewing's current offerings. This will range from the sour and fruity to the luscious and hefty, and a whoooole lot of hops in between; indeed, if you're into a bit of haze and DDH (double dry hopping), this is one you won't want to miss!
- All Juice - DDH hazy double IPA
- Elysia - Track Collab - DDH hazy IPA
- Big Westie - DDH West Coast DIPA
- Nothing But Nelson - DDH hazy DIPA
- Big Three - TDH hazy triple IPA
- Summer Crush - Mango, pineapple, passionfruit smoothie sour
- Nuts, Nibs & Nilla - Roasted hazelnut, cacao nib and vanilla imperial stout
Befitting the occasion, Future Brewing's co-founder and head brewer Brady Hannett will be heading south for the afternoon to join punters for a chat and to share a few beers.
And if you like what you try, they'll also have a handful of cases of new releases available for takeaway, or up for grabs online if you're quick.
Taps will be locked and loaded from midday.
