For possibly far longer than many would care to appreciate, White Rabbit have been been putting out a range of pretty interesting, left-of-centre, barrel aged beers.
One of the cult favourites over the years has been the annual Sour Red Grand Cru. And now, for a special treat, the crew at The Termi have pulled together a White Rabbit masterclass featuring a vertical tasting of three different Sour Red Grand Cru releases; given the most recent vintage comes from 2021, these beers have a good amount of time under their belts.
The session will be hosted by White Rabbit rep and Certified Cicerone Ryan Loft who'll be able to regale you with tales from down the rabbit hole, plus a good deal of technical know-how as to the methods of producing such beers.
And for a bonus, you'll also get a taste of White Rabbit's recently released Pana Chocolate Stout.
