Regular Crafty Pint readers will be familiar with the witty work of writer Mick Wüst. Well, Mick has a beer book coming out and he'd like to invite you to the launch.
It's happening on August 3 at the Felons Barrel Hall where he'll be unveiling his lighthearted guide to all things beery: Beer Drinker's Toolkit.
In keeping with the vibe of the project, the evening will be about more than the beer (though there will be plenty of that). You'll be able to enjoy flash Thai curries from Kin Khao, cocktails, music, barrel art and plenty of good chat, with the rough schedule as follows:
- 6.30pm: Grab a beer & meet the author
- 7.30pm: Engaging All 5 Senses - creative 'tasting' with beer paddles
- 8.30pm: Bleep the Brewer - jargon-free fun
As is customary on these occasions, Mick will bring along his finest quill and pot of ink, ready to sign copies of the book for you.
Tickets are just $20, which includes your tasting paddle. Book 'em here.
