If you missed Slowbeer's last Wild Feast – or you made it, and you're keen to go again – you're in luck.
Wild Feast is an intimate masterclass talking all things wild fermentation, barrel ageing and blending, this time with the brewing masters from Garage Project.
The dinner will feature special guests Adam Holliday, GP's lead man on the ground in Australia, and David Bell, Wild Workshop Head Brewer.
You'll get the opportunity to taste and discuss some of the brewery's newest limited releases, accompanied by grazing from Fara Feasts, designed to complement the beers on show. Expect a leafy aesthetic and a cornucopia of flavours the way nature intended.
