For quite some time, there's been a buzz in WA booze circles around a new venue.
The venue is Besk and it's being created by the folks at Mane Liquor and Braham Architects, who have a grand vision for the bar, bottleshop, café and restaurant.
The opening has been delayed rather longer than they'd have liked (although that doesn't hurt on the buzz side of things), but it's finally happening.
They're setting out their stall from the off too, with a 24-tap Garage Project takeover and masterclasses from the Wellington maestros on the night too.
There will also be a dedicated sour bar in the cellar, as well as additional packaged beers and wines to enjoy on-site or to takeaway.
Tickets for the Wild Workshop masterclasses – which run at 6pm, 7pm and 8pm – can be purchased at the bar on the day.
Doors for the Grand Opening Party open at midday on August 15 and you'll find Besk at 264 Railway Parade, West Leederville.
