Tar Barrel Burner IPA

Like the rest of Tar Barrel Brewery & Distillery’s core range, Burner IPA pays tribute to their Mornington Peninsula home. Here, the inspiration was the lime kiln burners that were once dotted across the region and were essential to providing the building materials for Melbourne’s rapid construction.

As for the West Coast IPA, its construction comes courtesy of Lupomax Mosaic, Vic Secret and Simcoe. It makes for a wonderful array of stone fruit flavours that sit somewhere between fleshy apricot and yellow nectarine, while a touch of pine leans nicely into a lean and bitter finish.
