Deep South Brewing Sharksjaw IPA

Like the reef from which it takes its name, Sharksjaw IPA is a beer you need to watch out for. The pale IPA is incredibly dry and drinkable even while heavy doses of Simcoe and Mosaic bring the kind of flavours for which a hophead would cross oceans.

Largely, they draw a balance between resin and floral notes, with touches of fleshy orange providing an additional layer. A building bitterness soon appears like a warning that dangerous waters might lie ahead.
