Barossa Valley Brewing's version of a European farmer's ale, originally brewed for farm workers as a thirst quencher on a hot summer's day. This Saison is brewed using cracked coriander and crystallised ginger and the finest German malts and hops.
This beer is one of the owner's favourites when looking to quench a thirst but still excite the palate. It has been brewed so as to be a thin, dry beer with the complexity from the spices.
